PCTI named best in the Nation for W!SE - Financial Literary Test

The W!SE (Working in Support of Education) Financial Literacy Certification program has named Passaic County Technical Institute (PCTI) as the top high school in the nation! The award comes in light of exemplary results on the program’s Financial Literacy Certification test, which proves that the County Career and Technical High School is actively educating the youths of tomorrow.

PCTI’s finance students achieved a100% passing rate on the certification test with scores averaging an outstanding 93%! In addition, the school received top accolades in the Large High School category where they also ranked number one. The announcement was made at the W!SE Financial Ceremony held at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York City on April 11th. Along with teachers and students, PCTI’s NJROTC Color Guard was invited to conduct the Presentation of Colors at the event.

The goal of this not-for-profit NYC-based educational program is to address the urgent need for financial literacy education; thereby ensuring students are prepared to enter the world after high school.

Congratulations to Passaic County Technical Institute on their amazing accomplishment!
