Passaic County Green Infrastructure Public Outreach 

The goals of the this outreach is to reducing and/or mitigating the impacts of stormwater and flooding events, would help maintain a safe and reliable transportation system. The date of this outreach session is April 24th from 3pm-5pm at 32 Spruce Street in Paterson. If you cannot make it, please read the link above with the discussion items, and email with your responses.

Highlands Rail Trail Feasibility Project, May 9th, 2017

June 2017 

June 15th, 2017 at 10am, the county will be holding a Public Hearing on Passaic County's application to receive $764,248 in grant funding to provide transportation services for seniors and people with disabilities. The Public Hearing will be held for the public to come and provide input to improve and identify transportation
needs. The meeting will be at the Passaic County Department of Senior Services, 930 Riverview Dr in Totowa, Suite 200. For more information on the Transportation Public Hearing, please call the Division of Para Transit at 973-305-5756. 

June 20th, 2017 at 10am, The Passaic County Department of Senior Services will hold a public forum on the 2018 Area Plan Contract for the purpose of soliciting and receiving comments on issues and concerns of elderly residents in Passaic County. The forum will be held at the Anabelle Shimkowitz Senior Center located at 330 Passaic Street Passaic, NJ 07055. If you would like to join us for lunch, or are a resident in need of ADA accommodations please call 973-569-4060 to register by Tuesday, June 6th.
