Passaic County Surrogate Judge Zoila Cassanova, Esq. in partnership with Northeast New Jersey Legal Services will be hosting a free Last Will and Testament event for qualifying* Passaic County Seniors (age 60 and over) and Veterans (regardless of age).  This is your opportunity to prepare a standard Will for free.

* This event is for qualifying Passaic County residents only.  Pre-registration is required.

NOTE: A Last Will and Testament will be drafted at no cost to qualifying seniors and veterans in the most economic need.  Legal advice will be provided for all other seniors and veterans
