The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners along with the Passaic County Office of Solid Waste & Recycling Programs is offering free on-site confidential document destruction & recycling services for Passaic County residents (proof of residency required). 

Collection sites open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., rain or shine. 

Up to 6 "Banker Boxes" worth of paper accepted per household. (10"x13"x16").  Participants must take back containers all documents were brought in.
