The housing choice voucher program waiting list is now closed.

APPLICANT STATUS - Applicants who are already on the list may access the site at any time to see their status. Please note that the waiting period for assistance may be extensive due to the large number of applications and the limited amount of available funding.

ADDRESS CHANGES - Any change in address must be reported to the office in writing at 155 Willowbrook Blvd, Suite 100, Wayne, NJ 07470. You must report any change of address as all correspondence by the Agency is sent through the mail. If the Agency cannot reach an applicant, or their mail is returned by the post office, the applicant will automatically be removed from the waiting list.

CHANGE OF PREFERENCE – A preference is given to those that live and/or work in Passaic County (with the exception of Passaic, Paterson or Clifton). An additional preference is applied for veterans with an honorable discharge who live and/or work in the aforementioned service area. If you have a change in one of these categories, you must report it in writing to the office at 155 Willowbrook Boulevard, Suite 100, Wayne, NJ 07470.

Notification of a change in preference will only be accepted through the mail.

In the event that the waiting list becomes open to new applicants, it will be advertised on this website and in local newspapers.
