Clean Communities Mini-Grant Application

In order to help keep Passaic County clean and free from trash and debris which enhances the quality of life for the County’s residents and business-owners, Passaic County Office of Solid Waste & Recycling Programs offers Clean Communities mini-grants of up to $500 per clean up per non-profit group annually.  Clean Communities funding compensates groups which conduct a clean up of an area in Passaic County which has been overrun with trash and debris.  Passaic County has clean up tools which can be borrowed and returned to aid in a group’s clean up.  Please see the list of rules in order to be eligible for a Passaic County Clean Communities mini-grant.
