LINCS is an electronic information system that utilizes internet-based technologies. It is used to support interactive reporting, health data analysis, and for the quick and accurate dissemination of public health information.
Community Health Alert and Information Network, or CHAIN, is a contact listing and network of government agencies, health care facilities, public health and health care professionals, educational institutions, law enforcement, and community organizations created to build a more informed and prepared community.
