Planning Board Updates
All Planning Board Meetings to be Held In-Person
Planning Board meetings are held in-person in Room 220, the Board Room of the Passaic County Board of County Commissioners, located on the 2nd floor of the Passaic County Administration Building, 401 Grand Street, Paterson, NJ 07505. The meetings will not be accessible virtually. All meetings will begin at 5:30 pm. Parking is available for all meeting attendees in the County-owned parking garage on the south side of Grand Street, between Jackson Street and Spring Street. Application materials will continue to be posted to the Planning Board website.

All Planning Board submissions must be provided through both physical and digital transmission.
Two signed and sealed copies of all surveys, plan sets, and technical reports, and a signed application form, must be submitted to the Department of Planning & Economic Developments offices located at 401 Grand Street, Room 417, Paterson, NJ 07505. All surveys, plan sets, and technical reports must also be submitted in PDF format either through digital transmission or on a CD/USB stick. All digital transmissions shall be emailed to Senior Planner Jason Miranda at jasonmi@passaiccountynj.org and copied to Assistant Planner Salvatore Presti at salvatorep@passaiccountynj.org.
Prior to the issuance of any building permit by a municipal building official or any other agency or individual with authority to approve a site plan or issue a building permit, the site plan for any proposed land development along County roads or which will cause stormwater to drain either directly or indirectly to a County road or through any drainage-way, structure, pipe, culvert or facility for which the County is responsible for the construction, maintenance or proper functioning shall be submitted to the County Planning Board for review and approval.
