The Human Resources Department is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and talent acquisition for the County of Passaic. This includes processing applications for employment and addressing inquiries regarding job opportunities through the Civil Service Commission. The department is also responsible for personnel management, employee benefits administration, labor and employee relations, and Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action.
