The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners along with the Office of Solid Waste & Recycling Programs are offering free on-site tire recycling collection services for Passaic County residents.

This program is free of charge to Passaic County Residents (proof of residency required).  We accept up to 8 tires (with or without rims) per household.  No Commercially Generated Tires accepted.
