The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners and the Passaic County Office of Solid Waste & Recycling Programs will host a free indoor festival of the Earth on Sunday, April 28 from 11 AM to 3:30 PM at Passaic County Technical-Vocational Schools (45 Reinhardt Road, Wayne).  

Activities include:

• Environmental face painting
• Temporary tattoos
• Refreshments
• Inflatables
• Games
• Music
• and a performance at 1 PM by The Grand Falloons!
