Assistant Personnel Technician | HR

The County of Passaic's HR department is looking for an additional team member to assist with the day to day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones and provide assistance to callers in a professional manner
  • Meet and Greet visitors at the window, handle inquiries and redirect as needed
  • Maintain and update confidential files and records
  • Help with creation and maintenance of reports and transmittals for ADP and Payroll processes
  • Assist with Time and Attendance edits and quarterly reporting
  • Provide support to the Director and perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
  • Computer Savvy and versed in Microsoft Office.

HR Background is preferred*

Requirements:

Education:  BA or 4 years of relevant experience 

Experience: 4 Years of Relevant Experience
Ability to handle privileged, confidential and sensitive information*

Note: CSC Exp is a Plus*

License: N/A
