The Hope One Van is a mobile recovery outreach unit aimed to meet County residents right where they are at. Staffed with a certified peer recovery specialist, a mental health professional, and a plain-clothed sheriff’s officer, Hope One identifies community locations throughout the county and provides much-needed access to recovery resources. Armed with kindness, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach, the crew offers peer support, information, Narcan training, treatment referrals, harm reduction services, and unhoused care packages to support those in need and to offer guidance for a successful recovery.
