Wayne Night Court is every 3rd Tuesday of the month 

All night court hours are 5pm -7pm .Upon your arrival please sign in, all appointments will be called in order on the sign in sheet.

In order to book an appointment you must pre-file information about the estate , Please upload the needed documents below.  Once you submit all the required documents you will automatically be directed to our booking page. If the deceased did not have a will please provide proof of assets

• Home: If you own a home, whether jointly or not, copy of Deed, printed Value of Home (Zillow Estimate) https://www.zillow.com/
• Banks: most recent Bank Statement, if none available, then list Value as “Inquiry”
• Vehicle: 1 of the 3 items, Title, Registration or Insurance Id and printed Vehicle Value.  https://www.kbb.com/whats-my-car-worth/

NOTE: On your Appointment date, you will need to bring with you, (ALL ORIGINALS) the Application Form and ALL hard copy of supporting documents. 

• The Surrogate Court only accepts payment in Cash, Check or Money Order.
